مقدمه: حفظ باروری یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی زنان در سنین باروری است، به‌ویژه برای زنانی که تحت درمان‌های پزشکی خاص مانند شیمی‌درمانی یا پرتو درمانی قرار می‌گیرند. این درمان‌ها می‌توانند تأثیرات منفی بر تخمدان‌ها و ذخیره تخمک‌ها داشته باشند. از این‌رو، روش‌هایی مانند فریز بافت تخمدان به‌عنوان راهی برای حفظ باروری در این افراد مطرح شده‌اند. فریز بافت تخمدان به‌ویژه در مواردی که امکان جمع‌آوری تخمک‌های بالغ وجود نداشته باشد، به‌عنوان یک گزینه درمانی پرامید مطرح است. این تکنیک شامل برداشت بافت تخمدان، فریز آن و استفاده از آن برای پیوند در آینده است. در این مقاله ی مروری، سعی بر آن است تا به بررسی پیشرفت‌ها و چالش‌های این روش پرداخته و آینده این تکنیک را در حوزه پزشکی مورد بررسی قرار دهیم.
نتیجه‌گیری: فریز بافت تخمدان در حال حاضر به‌عنوان یک روش مؤثر و امن برای حفظ باروری در زنان تحت درمان‌های پزشکی قرار دارد. با وجود پیشرفت‌های زیادی که در تکنیک‌های فریز و ذوب بافت به‌دست آمده است، هنوز چالش‌های مختلفی از جمله نرخ بقا و عملکرد مجدد بافت بعد از پیوند وجود دارد. با این حال، پژوهش‌ها و مطالعات جدید به‌طور مستمر در حال بهبود این روش‌ها هستند و انتظار می‌رود که این تکنیک در آینده به‌عنوان یک روش معمول و استاندارد در حفظ باروری زنان به‌ویژه در شرایط خاص پزشکی مطرح شود.
