چکیده:   (1585 مشاهده)
یکی از مهم‌ترین مشکلات سلامتی که زوجین با آن مواجه هستند، ناباروری است. دلایلی که منجر به ناباروری می‌گردند به طور مساوی به زن و مرد نسبت داده می‌شود. اولین استفاده از لیزر برای درمان ناباروری در دهه 1980 بود و به دنبال آن کاربرد سریع در پزشکی در حال رشد بود. انواع فرآیندهای بیولوژیکی توسط لیزردرمانی از طریق تعامل با گیرنده‌های نور سلولی اولیه[1] آغاز می‌شود. استفاده از لیزر در فرآیندIVF/ICSI  به طور فزاینده‌ای مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. همچنین، استفاده از لیزر برای هچینگ کمکی جهت کنترل دقیق‌تر روند باز شدن زونا و تسهیل لانه‌گزینی جنین پس از انتقال به رحم توسعه یافته است. برای اولین بار، کاربرد بالینی لیزرهای مختلف بر روی پارامترهایی مانند: کیفیت اسپرم و تخمک در ART، ویژگی‌های اسپرم و انواع بیماری‌ها بررسی شد. در این بررسی، نشانه‌ها، محدودیت‌ها، مزایا، نتایج، ایمنی و پیامدهای لیزر برای ناباروری عامل مردانه و زنانه با هدف استفاده بهتر و عاقلانه‌تر از لیزردرمانی و به حداکثر رساندن مزایای بالقوه آن و به حداقل رساندن برخی عوارض پیش‌بینی‌شده مشخص شد.
