fa معرفی کتاب: درسنامه طب تولید مثل Book presentation: Textbook of Reproductive Medicine تولیدمثل Reproduction معرفی کتاب Book Review تا به حال کتاب های زیادی در زمینه نازایی، زایمان و ناباروری به قلم فرهیختگان جهان تدوین و به جامعه علمی- پژوهشی ارائه گردیده است، اما از آن جا که روند توسعه مرزهای تخصصی دانش و ابداع دستاوردهای جدید، تامین منابع و مآخذ مورد نیاز دانش پژوهان بیش از هر برهه ای محسوس تر گردیده است و از سویی ضرورت نگارش کتابی جامع در زمینه تخصصی ناباروری که بتواند تواما شناخت آناتومی، فیزیولوژی ارگان‌های تولید مثل و پاتولوژی را با اصول علمی و استانداردهای پذیرفته شده جهانی برای استفاده پژوهشگران و کاربران فراهم نماید، ضروری می نمود. به این سبب کتاب درسنامه طب تولید مثل که حاصل تجربیات سالیان متمادی دکتر ابوطالب صارمی– بنیانگذار IVF در ایران – است، تدوین گردید. دکتر صارمی در راستای ارتقاء دانش و فنون درمان ناباروری در طی چند دهه اخیر تلاش های درخور توجهی را آغاز و به فرجام رسانده اند و اینک جهت استفاده بهینه دانش پژوهان از آموزه ها وتجربیاتش کتاب درسنامه طب تولید مثل را با قلمی رسا به تحریر درآورده اند و انتشارات کتاب صارم ضمن پاسداشت خدمات ایشان، جهت عرضه این تجربه بی بدیل به جامعه علمی، مبادرت به چاپ و نشر آن نموده است تا با عنوان تحفه ای درخور، فرا روی پویندگان دانش طب تولید مثل قرار گیرد.  - در این اثر برای بیان مسائل ناباروری نیاز به شناخت آناتومی و فیزیولوژی ارگان های تولید مثل بود و بدین سبب در آغاز فصول مربوطه، خلاصه ای از ساختمان ارگان های تولید مثل را به عنوان یادآوری و تسهیل بحث ناباروری ذکر گردیده تا نیازی به کتاب های آناتومی و فیزیولوژی نباشد. -ارائه پاتولوژی بیماری ها و دسته بندی علل ناباروری و طبقه بندی مشکلات ناباروری بر اساس فیزیوپاتولوژی هر مشکل می باشد، و در کتاب مسیر درمانی مربوطه از جمله ویژگی های این تالیف است. -بررسی علل نازایی به گونه ای نگاشته شده که جنبه کاربردی داشته و مطالعه کننده را در این امر یاری دهد. -در این اثر درمان ناباروری بر اساس استانداردها و معیارهای پذیرفته شده درمان طبی و جراحی و کمک ناباروری تدوین شده است. -در نگارش این اثر تلاش بر آن است، سیر تکوین دستگاه تولید مثل، ریشه یابی و بررسی نواقص و منشاء درمان را به طور جامع به پژوهشگران ارائه گردد. -در مجموع این کتاب با پیشگفتار و در سه بخش کلی و ۱۵ فصل ذیل تألیف شده است: بخش اول: ناباروری در مردان: ۱- ساختمان دستگاه تولید مثل مرد ۲-  فیزیولوژی دستگاه تولید مثل مرد ۳-  پاتولوژی دستگاه تولید مثل مرد ۴- چگونگی بررسی علل ناباروری مرد ۵- شکل های گوناگون بالینی ناباروری در مردان و تشخیص آ نها ۶- درمان ناباروری مردان بخش دوم: ناباروری زنان: ۷-  ساختمان دستگاه تولید مثل زن ۸- فیزیولوژی دستگاه تولید مثل زن ۹- بررسی علل ناباروری در زنان ۱۰- شکل های گوناگون بالینی ناباروری در زنان و تشخیص آ نها بخش سوم: تکنیک های کمک باروری: ۱۱- تاریخچه IVF در جهان و در ایران ۱۲-  اقدامات بالینی مربوط به فرآیند ART ۱۳-  آزمایشگاه (روش های عملی آزمایشگاه ) IVF ۱۴-  اتاق عمل ۱۵-  رو شهای ART ، تکنیک ها و پیشرفت های نوین امید است با مطالعه این اثر ره توشه ای برای درمان مدد جویان حاصل گردد. علاقه مندان جهت تهیه کتاب «درسنامه طب تولید مثل » و سایر کتابهای انتشارات «کتاب صارم » می توانند با بیمارستان صارم تماس حاصل نموده و کتاب مورد نیاز خود را سفارش دهند. تلفن تماس (خط مستقیم): ۴۴۶۷۰۴۳ Several books are written worldwide in the fields of infertility that are presented to the scientific community. However, there is a necessity for publishing a comprehensive book in the field of infertility that can simultaneously identify anatomical embryological and physiological aspects of reproductive organs and pathology with scientific principles and international standards for researchers and users.
