fa تاریخچه مریضخانه توتیا پژوهشی تاريخی Historical Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>در سده اخیر علاوه بر تاسیس بیمارستان&shy;های دولتی، مراکز درمانی و مریض‌خانه&shy;هایی نیز از کیسه فتوت خیرین به صورت موقوفه یا ملی(خصوصی غیر دولتی) بنا گردیدند، با فعالیت این مراکز بخشی از مشکلات و آلام مردم التیام بخشیده شد و با مرور ایام برخی ازاین مراکز ضمن توسعه کماکان فعالیت مستمر دارند و از تعداد&nbsp; محدودی نیز،&nbsp; فقط نامی در میراث مکتوب یا به صورت آثار در دل تاریخ ماندگار است. از جمله مراکزی که صرفاً در تاریخ می&shy;شود جستجو کرد، مریض‌خانه توتیا است که به همت دکتر محمدعلی&shy;خان توتیا تاسیس گردید. گرچه در این مقاله سعی بر آن است، تاریخچه مریض‌خانه توتیا به طور کامل تدوین شود، ولی با کمال تاسف جز چند سند و کتابچه&shy;ای که از تاریخچه مریض‌خانه در آرشیو ملی بود، از بررسی سایر نشریات و کتابها اطلاعاتی بدست نیامد، از این رو اسناد ذکر شده را به عنوان سنگ بنای مقاله تاریخچه مریض‌خانه توتیا قرار دادیم، امید است در آتیه با آماده شدن سایر اسناد فهرست نشده از روند اجرایی و مدت فعالیت این مرکز بهداشتی تاریخچه کاملی نگاشته شود.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>در قرن جاری علاوه بر بیمارستان های دولتی، چند مریض‌خانه وقفی و ملی (خصوصی- غیر دولتی) تاسیس شدند، یکی از آن&shy;ها، مریض‌خانه توتیا بود که به همت دکتر محمدعلی&shy;خان توتیا &ndash; از فارغ التحصیلان استانبول- با همکاری جمعی از اطبای اروپایی- با بهره گیری از تجهیزات روز دنیا در سال ۱۳۰۹ در تهران دایر گردید و طبق اسناد موجود فعالیت اجرایی مریض‌خانه و نشریه صحت نمای ایران به صاحب امتیازی ایشان تا سال ۱۳۱۳ ادامه داشته است ولی از آن پس اطلاعی از فعالیت آن نیست. تلاش نگارنده بر آن است صرفاً نامی و یادی از مریض‌خانه توتیا بصورت مکتوب در تاریخ ماندگار شود.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction: </strong>In the last century, in addition to the establishment of public hospitals, and health centers, charity-based or private (non-governmental) medical centers are also established, to solve public health problems. Over time, some of these centers continue to expand their continuous activity, while some others are remained in the memories and in the history. Among the centers that can be searched in history is Tutia medical center, which was established by Dr. Mohamadalikhan Tutia. This article tries to fully explain the history of Tutia medical center, but unfortunately, there were only a few documents and booklets about it at the National Archives of Iran and no information was found in other publications and books; thus, we considered the mentioned documents as the cornerstone of Tutia medical center&rsquo;s history and hope that in the future, other unlisted documents completely address the performance and the duration of activities of this center.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>In the present century, in addition to public hospitals, several charity-based and non governmental/private medical centers are also established, such as Tutia medical center, which was established by Mohammad Ali Khan.
