fa ورود آموزش قابلگی (مامایی) به آموز شهای تحت نظارت وزارت معارف؛ در تداوم تکوین مدرسه قابلگی طی سا لهای 1307 تا 1315 ه.ش. تولیدمثل Reproduction پژوهشی تاريخی Historical Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> تا سال ۱۳۰۷ شمسی مدرسه قابلگی از نظر تشکیلات سازمانی از ثبات برخوردار نبود. گاهی تحت تصدی اداره بلدیه (شهرداری)، گاهی تحت نظر وزارت داخله و مدتی تحت اختیار وزارت معارف اوقاف و صنایع مستظرفه بود و در برهه‌ای نیز از نظر آموزشی و علمی تحت نظارت وزارت معارف و از نظر تشکیلاتی و تامین و تخصیص اعتبار تحت اختیار وزارت داخله بود. در این مطالعه تلاش شده است تاریخچه مدونی از سیر تطور و تکوین مدرسه قابلگی، تدوین و با استفاده از اسناد آرشیوی، تاریخچه دقیق‌تری از آموزش قابلگی تا زمان تاسیس آموزشگاه عالی مامایی ارایه شود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>تا سال ۱۳۰۷ مدرسه قابلگی فاقد آیین‌نامه و اساس‌نامه بود و در ۷ بهمن ۱۳۰۹ اساس‌نامه و آیین‌نامه آن از تصویب شورای عالی معارف گذشت و مدرسه یکی از شعب مدرسه طب و تابع صحیه کل مملکتی شد. در ۴ اردیبهشت ۱۳۱۴ شمسی، فرهنگستان ایران به‌منظور ویراستن واژه‌های فارسی از غیر، فعالیت خود را آغاز کرد و در ۱۳۱۵/۲/۱۶ واژه قابله به پیشنهاد شهرداری به ماما تغییر یافت. بعد از آن مدرسه قابلگی نیز به مدرسه عالی مامایی تغییر نام داد و با نام و تصدی مدیریت جدید از نظر تشکیلات و آموزش تحول یافت. مدرسه قابلگی در آغاز تاسیس، در گذر از شیوه آموزشی و اجرایی از سنتی به کلاسیک، کاستی‌هایی داشت و به‌تدریج تشکیلات اداری- آموزشی رسمیت یافت و به‌مرور دارای اساس‌نامه، آیین‌نامه، مقررات و برنامه آموزشی شد که زمینه تاسیس آموزشگاه عالی مامایی و در سال‌های بعد، دانشکده‌های پرستاری و مامایی را فراهم کرد.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Until 1928, the midwifery school was not stable in case of organizational structure. Sometimes, it was under the authority of municipality, interior ministry, and ministry of education and fine arts, and in a period of time, it was under the supervision of ministry of education in terms of science and education and under the supervision of interior ministry in terms of structure and budget allocation. The aim of this study was to develop a cohesive history on the evolution of midwifery school and to present a more accurate history of the midwifery education until the establishment of the higher school of obstetrics, using archival documents.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Until 1928, the midwifery school had no regulations and statutes, and on February 7, 1930, its regulations were approved by the Supreme Council of Education, and the school became one of the branches of the School of Medicine under the supervision of ministry of health. On April 4, 1936, the Iranian Academy of the Arts began its activities in order to edit Persian words to avoid non-Persian language, and on May 16, 1937, based on the suggestion of municipality, the term &quot;midwife&quot; (Ghabele) was changed to &quot;obstetrician&quot; (Mama). Subsequently, the name of midwifery school was changed to the higher school of obstetrics and it was developed with the new name and management in terms of organization and education.
