fa گزارش موردی کریون (درماتوفیتوز چرکی) در یک نوجوان همراه با ریزش موی زخمی شونده بهداشت و ايمني Health and safety گزارش مورد Case Report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">کریون (درماتوفیتوز چرکی) یک فرم شدید و التهابی عفونت قارچی پوست سر (تینه‌آ کاپیتیس) است که اغلب در کودکان و نوجوانان دیده می‌شود و می‌تواند با ضایعات چرکی و ریزش موی زخمی‌شونده همراه باشد. در این گزارش موردی، نوجوانی مبتلا به عفونت گسترده کریون معرفی شده است که با التهاب شدید، تشکیل توده تومور مانند دردناک و ترشح چرک در پوست سر (اسکالپ) و ریزش موی ناحیه‌ای همراه بوده است. تشخیص بر اساس معاینه بالینی و آزمایش‌های قارچی صورت گرفت. درمان شامل مصرف داروهای ضد قارچ سیستمیک مانند گریزئوفولوین به همراه مراقبت‌های حمایتی بود. علاوه بر این، در موارد حاد، استفاده از کورتیکواستروئیدها جهت کاهش التهاب توصیه می‌شود. این مورد بر اهمیت تشخیص به موقع و درمان سریع برای جلوگیری از عوارضی همچون اسکار و ریزش موی دایمی تاکید دارد. این گزارش با هدف افزایش آگاهی بالینی و کمک به مدیریت بهینه کریون در نوجوانان ارایه شده است تا از مشکلات بلندمدت پیشگیری شود.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">Kerion (Purulent Dermatophytosis) is a severe, inflammatory form of fungal infection of the scalp (Tinea Capitis) that is often seen in children and adolescents and can be associated with purulent lesions and cicatricial hair loss. In this case report, an adolescent with extensive kerion infection is presented, which was accompanied by severe inflammation, painful tumor-like mass formation, and pus discharge on the scalp and regional hair loss. The diagnosis was made based on clinical examination and mycological tests. Treatment consisted of systemic antifungal drugs such as griseofulvin along with supportive care. In addition, in severe cases, the use of corticosteroids is recommended to reduce inflammation. This case emphasizes the importance of timely diagnosis and prompt treatment to prevent complications such as scarring and permanent hair loss.
