fa نقش اندومتریت مزمن در ناباروری و سقط مکرر: یک بررسی جامع ناباروری Sterility سخن نخست Editorial <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Tahoma">تشخیص اندومتریت مزمن یک چالش در بیماران با مشکلات ناباروری و سقط راجعه بوده و نه تنها قبل از بارداری فرد را دچار مشکل می‌کند بلکه در طول بارداری نیز عوارض خود را نشان می‌دهد. مشکلاتی مانند سقط مکرر، شکست مکرر کاشت، اندومتریوزیس، نارسایی سرویکس و سقط سه ماهه دوم، کاهش تعداد تولدهای زنده.<br> هنوز اجماعی در مورد تشخیص و درمان اندومتریت انجام نگرفته است. تشخیص با بیوپسی بوده که هم نسبتاً گران و هم تهاجمی است و تشخیص بر اساس بررسی هیستولوژیک و وجود سلول‌های پلاسما می‌باشد. مطالب ضد و نقیض زیادی در این مورد آورده شده است.<br> در سالیان اخیر میکروبیوم رحم مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این مطالعه با بررسی مطالعات سال‌های اخیر تلاش شده تا&nbsp; در مورد علت این بیماری و پاتوفیزیولوژی و روش‌های تشخیصی و درمان مورد مطالعه قراربگیرد.<br> <br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><a name="_Hlk148609162">The diagnosis of chronic endometritis presents a challenge in patients with infertility issues and recurrent miscarriages. It not only poses problems before pregnancy but also manifests complications during pregnancy. Issues such as recurrent miscarriages, repeated implantation failure, endometriosis, cervical insufficiency, second-trimester miscarriages, and a decrease in the number of live births are associated with it.</a><br> There is still no consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of endometritis. Diagnosis is typically done through biopsy, which is relatively expensive and invasive, and relies on histological examination and the presence of plasma cells. There are many conflicting reports on this matter.<br> In recent years, the uterine microbiome has garnered attention.
