fa اثر بیماری کووید-19 بر پارامترهای مربوط به اسپرم و باروری مردان ناباروری Sterility مروری تحلیلی Analytical Review <strong>زمینه ها و اهداف:</strong> پاندمی بیماری کروناویروس 2019 (کووید-19) ناشی از سندرم حاد تنفسی حاد کرونا ویروس 2 (<span dir="LTR">SARS-COV-2</span>) ممکن است مردان را در معرض خطر ناباروری قرار دهد. تأثیر مستقیم این ویروس بر اندام های دستگاه تناسلی مرد باید ارزیابی شود. <span dir="LTR">SARS-COV-2</span> از آنزیم تبدیل کننده ی آن&zwj;ژیوتنسین-2 (<span dir="LTR">ACE2</span>) به عنوان گیرنده برای ورود به سلول های انسان استفاده می کند. مشخص شده است که <span dir="LTR">ACE2</span>، آنژیوتنسین (1-7) و گیرنده اش <span dir="LTR">MAS</span> در ریه ها، همچنین در بیضه ها و خصوصا در سلول های لایدیگ و سرتولی وجود دارند. همچنین، حضور پروتئازهایی از قبیل <span dir="LTR">TMPRSS2</span>، <span dir="LTR">TMPRSS11B</span>، <span dir="LTR">TMPRSS12</span> و <span dir="LTR">furin</span> قادرند تا آمیخته شدن ویروس را با سلول تقویت کنند. از آنجا که مکانیسم دقیق بروز بیماری توسط این ویروس کاملامشخص نشده و تاکنون هیچ داروی اختصاصی یا واکسنی برای آن طراحی نشده است، درحال حاضر مهمترین کار، قطع چرخه انتقال است. علائم کووید-19 (به عنوان مثال تب) با اثرات آندرولوژیکی شناخته شده وجود دارد که باید برجسته شود.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> از آنجا که ممکن است &nbsp;<span dir="LTR">SARS-COV-2</span>پتانسیل آلوده شدن بیضه از طریق <span dir="LTR">ACE2</span> را داشته باشد و بر سیستم تولید مثل مردان تأثیر منفی بگذارد، لازم است با توجه به یافته ها و با مطالعه ی هدفمند برای فراگیری از این بیماری شروع شود. هدف از این مطالعه، اثر بیماری کووید-19 بر پارامترهای مربوط به اسپرم و باروری مردان می باشد. <strong>Backgrounds and aims:</strong> The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) may have men at a risk of infertility. The direct influence of this virus on the male urogenital organs should be evaluated. As well as SARS-CoV, SARS CoV-2 uses the &lsquo;Angiotensin Converting Enzyme-2&rsquo; (ACE2) as a receptor to enter human cells. It was found that ACE2, Angiotensin (1-7) and its MAS receptors are present, over in the lung, also in the testicles, in particular in Leydig and Sertoli cells. Also, the presence of proteases such as: TMPRSS2, TMPRSS11B, TMPRSS12 and furin are capable to promote viral fusion. Since the exact mechanism of the COVID-19 has not been fully elucidated and no specific drug or vaccine has been developed for it, control is mainly based on the interruption of the transmission cycle. There are symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. fever) with the known andrological impacts that should be highlighted.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> As the SARS-COV-2 may have the potential to infect the testis via ACE2 and adversely affect male reproductive system, it is essential to commence with targeted finding and studies to learn from this disease.
