fa مطالعه سرواپیدمیولوژی توکسوپلاسما، روبلا، سیتومگالوویروس و واریسلا زوستر در زنان؛ مطالعه موردی بیمارستان صارم تولیدمثل Reproduction گزارش مورد Case Report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><strong>اهداف: </strong>انتقال عفونت توکسوپلاسما (<span dir="LTR">Toxo</span>)، روبلا، سیتومگالوویروس (<span dir="LTR">CMV</span>) و <em>واریسلا</em> <em>زوستر</em> (<span dir="LTR">VZV</span>) از مادر به جنین می‌تواند منجر به نقایص شدید و حتی مرگ جنین شود. بنابراین ارزیابی میزان ایمن‌بودن زنان در سنین باروری، برای واکسیناسیون و جلوگیری از این عفونت‌ها ضرورت دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی سرواپیدمیولوژی توکسوپلاسما، روبلا، <span dir="LTR">CMV</span> و <span dir="LTR">VZV</span> انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> مطالعه حاضر بر مبنای داده‌های روتین است. نتایج آزمایش‌های پیش از بارداری مراجعه‌کنندگان به بیمارستان صارم در نیمسال دوم ۱۳۹۵ ثبت و تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> آزمایش <span dir="LTR">Toxo IgM</span> در ۹۷۲ مورد (۹۹/۷<span dir="LTR">%</span>) از بیماران منفی و فقط در ۳/۰<span dir="LTR">%</span> آنها مثبت بود. آزمایش <span dir="LTR">Toxo IgG</span> در ۹۷<span dir="LTR">%</span> افراد مثبت و در ۳<span dir="LTR">%</span> آنها منفی بود. آزمایش <span dir="LTR">Rubella IgG</span> در ۷۵۷ مورد (۸۶/۵<span dir="LTR">%</span>) مثبت و در ۱۱۸ مورد آنها (۱۳/۵<span dir="LTR">%</span>) منفی بود. آزمایش <span dir="LTR">Rubella IgM</span> در همه افرادی که این آزمایش را انجام داده بودند منفی بود. آزمایش <span dir="LTR">CMV IgM</span> در ۹۹/۸<span dir="LTR">%</span> موارد منفی و فقط در ۰/۲<span dir="LTR">%</span> آنها مثبت گزارش شد. آزمایش <span dir="LTR">CMV IgG</span> در ۸۶/۸<span dir="LTR">%</span> افراد مثبت بود. آزمایش <span dir="LTR">VZV IgM</span> در همه موارد منفی گزارش شد، ولی <span dir="LTR">VZV IgG</span> در ۹۸/۵<span dir="LTR">%</span> موارد مثبت و در ۱/۵<span dir="LTR">%</span> آنها منفی بود. میانگین سنی موارد مثبت نسبت به موارد منفی به‌جز در مورد <span dir="LTR">Toxo IgG</span>،&nbsp; تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (۰/۰۵<span dir="LTR">p></span>).<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> ۹۹/۷<span dir="LTR">%</span> زنان از نظر <span dir="LTR">Toxo IgM</span>، ۹۹/۸<span dir="LTR">%</span> از نظر <span dir="LTR">CMV IgM</span> و همه آنها از نظر <span dir="LTR">Rubella IgM</span> و <span dir="LTR">VZV IgM</span> منفی بودند. همچنین ۹۷<span dir="LTR">%</span> بیماران از نظر <span dir="LTR">Toxo IgG</span>، ۸۶/۵<span dir="LTR">%</span> از نظر <span dir="LTR">Rubella IgG</span>، ۸۶/۸<span dir="LTR">%</span> از نظر <span dir="LTR">CMV IgG</span> و ۹۸/۵<span dir="LTR">%</span> از نظر <span dir="LTR">VZV IgG</span> مثبت بودند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims:</strong> Mother-to-child transmission of Toxoplasma (Toxo), Rubella, cytomegalovirus (CMV) and varicella zoster virus (VZV) can lead to severe birth defects and even the death of the infant. Therefore, evaluation of women&#39;s immunity in childbearing age is necessary for vaccination and to prevent these infections. The aim of this study was to investigate the seroepidemiology of Toxoplasma, Rubella, CMV and VZV in women.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> The present study is routine data base study. The results of pre-pregnancy tests were recorded and analyzed in the second half of 1995 in Sarem Women&rsquo;s Hospital.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> Toxo IgM tests were negative in 972 (99.7%) patients and only 0.3% were positive. Toxo IgG tests were negative in 97% of subjects and 3% of them. Rubella IgG test was positive in 757 cases (86.5%) and negative in 118 cases (13.5%). Rubella IgM tests were negative in all subjects who performed the test. CMV IgM tests were negative in 99.8% and only 0.2% were positive. The IgG CMV test was positive in 86.8% of patients. VZV IgM was reported in all negative cases, but VZV IgG was positive in 98.5% and negative in 1.5%. The mean age of positive cases versus negative cases except Toxo IgG did not show any significant difference (p>0/05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> 99.7% of women were seronegative for Toxo IgM, 99.8% for CMV IgM and all of them for Rubella IgM and VZV IgM.
