fa سخن نخست Editorial ناباروری Sterility سخن نخست Editorial دبیرخانه کمیسیون نشریات علوم پزشکی ایران با هدف اصلی حمایت و سیاست‌گزاری مجلات علمی علوم پزشکی کشور ایجاد شده و در سال‌های اخیر با گذر از نگاه سنتی و توجه خاص به شبکه‌سازی، نشر الکترونیکی و انتشار حرفه‌ای و مبتنی بر شواهد، مجلات را با همکاری دانشگاه‌ها و محققین علوم پزشکی منتشر و گام‌های ارزشمندی برداشته است، همچنین با طرح رتبه بندی نشریات علمی براساس شاخص‌های مهمی چون وضعیت انتشار، نمایه در پایگاه‌های اطلاعات علمی، دارابودن سامانه استاندارد و تکمیل اطلاعات در سامانه ارزیابی، نشریات علمی معتبر را مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار داده است و از این رهگذر مقالات و مجلات علوم پزشکی ایران از توسعه کمّی و کیفی مطلوبی برخوردار شده است که امید می‌رود با توجه به ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های موجود کشور این رشد پرشتاب همچنان ادامه یابد. نشریه علمی دانشنامه صارم نیز در راستای رسالت ماهوی خود درصدد است علاوه بر پوشش جامع تحقیقات و دستاوردهای قابل طرح و نشر مقالات علمی، در حوزه زیست پزشکی ایفای نقش نماید و بیشتر همت خود را معطوف آن داشته که با ارایه مقاله‌های استاندارد، جایگاه نمایه‌های فارسی را در جامعه علمی جهان ملموس و محسوس نماید تا با چنین حرکت‌هایی بتوان چون قرون گذشته نام و آوازه بزرگان علوم پزشکی همچون؛ ابوعلی سینا، زکریای رازی ، فارابی و غیره که پیوسته زینت‌بخش محافل و مجامع علمی بوده‌اند، از این پس هم پزشکان و سایر پایگاه امروز ما در عرصه علمی دارای جایگاهی رفیع باشند چرا که با این سابقه و پیشینه درخشان جای بسی تاسف است که در ISI و سایر پایگاه‌های علمی معتبر، نمایه‌ها به زبان فارسی وجود نداشته باشد. امید که با قدم و قلم درخشان نیاکان ما به عنوان پشتوانه و توانایی متخصصان معاصر در عرصه علم جدید، بتوان با ارایه مقالات ارزشمند الگویی همخوان با سایر مجامع عرضه داریم و به قول صائب: این خط جاده‌ها که به صحرا نوشته‌اند            یاران رفته به قلم پا نوشته‌اند این سنگ قبرها هم سربسته نامه‌هاست          کزآخرت به مردم دنیا نوشته‌اند این دوبیت از شعر صائب، تکلیفی است بر خرد پژوهان که از تجربه فرهیختگانی که سالیان سال برف پیری را از سر گذرانده‌اند و با کسب آموزه‌های خود ردپایی بر این صفحه بی‌انتهای زمان گذارده‌اند، بهره‌مند گردند و از آن سو نیز چه نیکوست سرد و گرم چشیدگان هم تجربیات خود را بر دانش پژوهان عرضه دارند و به قطع و یقیین این امر می‌تواند رهنمای پویندگان دانش ودانایی باشد. از آنجا که یکی از رسالت‌های نشریه دانشنامه صارم قلم و قدم برداشتن در راستای ادای دین نسبت به این فرزانگان است، توصیه می‌نماییم تجربه و مقالات شما عزیزان بالاخص مواردی که دارای ارزش بالینی است و می‌تواند رهگشای پزشکان جوان ما در درمان بیماران با دانش بومی خودمان باشد با قلم زیبای خود نگاشته به این نشریه ارسال فرمایید. دکتر ابوطالب صارمی رئیس مرکز تحقیقات صارم Medical journals Commission Office of I. R. Iran ministry of health & medical education has been established with the main objective of support and policy making on Iranian scientific medical journals. In the recent years behind traditional perspective and toward special attention to networking, electronic publications, professional and evidence-based press has taken some valuable steps in cooperation with universities and medical science scholars. Also scientific publications were ranked based on important indices like peer reviewing, publication status, representation in scientific databases, having standard system and complementing information in assessment system so many valid scientific publications have been examined and assessed. From this viewpoint medical articles and journals in Iran have reputable qualitative and quantitative development hoping that according to the capacities and capabilities in this country, this accelerated growth will be continued. Sarem Journal of Medicine (SJM) also tries to play a role in biomedical along with its mission in addition to comprehensive research coverage and presentable and publishable achievements in scientific articles focusing on presenting standard articles, making the position of Persian presentations tangible in world scientific community so that honor the name of great medical characters like Avicenna, Zakariya Razi, Farabi and others, that continuously have glorified scientific circles and in this era all of our physicians have high ranking position, as with this bright history and experience it is pity that in ISI and other valid scientific databases there are no Persian Presentations. It is hoped that with our predecessors’ bright pen and steps as support and capability of contemporary professionals in realm of new science, we can provide consistent paradigm with other circles through valuable articles. And as Saib tabrizi poet (1592-1676) says;  These road lines written in the desert                                     Written by assiduous pens of fellow  These tombstones are closed letters                                        Written from the Hereafter to people in this world These two lines poem incumbent upon scholars benefit from the experience of the learned during hardship years and have contributed this unending face of time and it is necessary that the experienced ones communicate their experiences to new scholars and this can definitely help those who seek knowledge and wisdom. As one of the missions of Sarem Journal of Medicine is to act upon its duties in helping these scholars, I recommend that your experience and articles especially clinical ones with our own local knowledge can be guideline for our young physicians in management of disease.
