fa وضعیت سلامت بانوان و اطفال براساس مطالعات دکتر کلونیه طی سال‌های 1310 تا 1312 شمسی تولیدمثل Reproduction پژوهشی تاريخی Historical Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> از دوره <em>ناصرالدین‌شاه</em> چند مریض‌خانه توسط مستشار خارجی و اطبای ایرانی تاسیس شد، ولی این مراکز تکافوی نیازهای خیل بیماران دوره ناصری و پس از آن را نمی‌کرد، به‌خصوص زمانی که بیماری‌های مُسری شیوع می‌یافت<span dir="LTR">.</span> دکتر <em>کلونیه</em> ابتدا به‌عنوان مستشار و سپس به‌عنوان رییس کل صحیه مملکتی مامور شد برنامه عملی سه‌ساله برای اصلاحات صحی مملکت طرح و پیشنهاد کند. او گزارش مفصلی در ۱۴ قسمت تدوین کرد. در این مقاله صرفاً مطالبی در حوزه بیماری‌های مقاربتی، زنان و کودکان بازنویسی و ارایه شده است. <span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> تهیه گزارش‌های مامورین در هر زمینه‌ای می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک ماخذ دست اول در مباحث علمی و به‌خصوص تاریخ‌های مقطعی و محلی رهگشا و به‌عنوان چراغی فراسوی پژوهشگران باشد. گزارش دکتر ژنرال <em>کلونیه</em><br clear="all" > - رئیس کل صحیه مملکتی ایران&ndash; نیز دقیقاً از این اصل پیروی می‌کند، زیرا وضعیت بهداشت کشور را طی سال‌های ۱۳۱۰ تا ۱۳۱۲ شمسی نگاشته و ارایه نموده است<span dir="LTR">.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> In the Naser al-Din Shah era, some hospitals were established by a foreign advisor and Iranian physicians; but, they were not enough for the public needs with the high number of patients, especially in the case of common communicable diseases. First as an advisor and then as the head of the national health office of Iran, Dr. Klounieh was appointed to provide a comprehensive practical plan for health reform in Iran during three years. He developed a comprehensive report in 14 sections; in this article, we only presented some reports on the field of sexually transmitted diseases as well as women and children diseases.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The reports prepared by the agents in each field can always be considered as valuable sources in scientific and historical studies and can giude researchers. Doctor-General Klounieh&rsquo;s report (Head of national health office of Iran) is one of the best examples.
